Karthus was released on July 13, 2010. Players could purchase them with Riot Points or Blue Essence as soon as it dropped in-game.
What lane is Karthus?
Karthus is primarily played in the Bottom lane and falls under the Mage class. However, they can also be effective in the Jungle depending on team composition and matchups. The champion's kit and playstyle make them most suited for it, where they can maximize their impact throughout the game.
