When do these discounts refresh?
Shop discounts refresh every Monday at 6:00 PM UTC. This is when the previous week's sale ends and a new rotation of 20 discounted items becomes available in the store.
When is my favorite skin going on sale?
Unfortunately, there's no way to predict when a specific skin will go on sale. Riot doesn't publish any schedule or information about upcoming sales. If a skin was recently discounted, it'll likely take several months or longer before it appears in the shop rotation again. You can add your favorite skins to your watchlist to get notifications whenever they go on sale.
