Description

The High Clocktower looms above the Upper city, nearly scraping the steeple of its twin in the Lower world. Within, intricate mechanisms—delicate golden stars, a copper sun, miniature people in a miniature world—trace the vicissitudes of fate under the watchful eye of Zilean. From here he sees the whole Pattern, maintaining careful equilibrium.
