Abilities
The Relentless Storm
Volibear's Attacks and abilities grant Attack Speed, and eventually cause his Attacks to deal bonus magic damage to nearby enemies.
Thundering Smash
Volibear gains speed towards enemies, Stunning and damaging the first one he Attacks.
Frenzied Maul
Volibear damages an enemy, applying on-hit effects and marking them. Casting this ability again on the same target deals bonus damage and Heals Volibear.
Sky Splitter
Volibear summons a lightning bolt at a location, dealing damage and Slowing enemies while granting Volibear a Shield if he's inside the blast radius.
Stormbringer
Volibear leaps to a target location, Slowing and damaging enemies beneath him while gaining bonus Health. Enemy towers near his landing location become temporarily disabled.
Lore
To those who still revere him, the Volibear is the storm made manifest. Destructive, wild, and stubbornly resolute, he existed before mortals walked the Freljord's tundra, and is fiercely protective of the lands that he and his demi-god kin created. Cultivating a deep hatred of civilization and the weakness it brought with it, he now fights to return to the old ways—when the land was untamed, and blood spilled freely—and eagerly battles all who oppose him, with tooth, claw, and thundering domination.

Volibear was released on November 28, 2011. Players could purchase them with Riot Points or Blue Essence as soon as it dropped in-game.
What lane is Volibear?
Volibear is primarily played in the Jungle lane and falls under the Fighter class. However, they can also be effective in the Top depending on team composition and matchups. The champion's kit and playstyle make them most suited for it, where they can maximize their impact throughout the game.
How many skins does Volibear have?
Currently, there are 10 Volibear Skins available in the game. This includes all cosmetic variants released since their launch, the base skin is not included.
How much is Volibear?
Volibear costs 675 Blue Essence or 585 Riot Points. You can purchase them from the in-game store using either currency. Blue Essence is earned through the battle pass and disenchanting champion shards, while Riot Points require real money to obtain.
