Whenever Lucian uses an ability, his next attack becomes a double-shot. When Lucian is healed or shielded by an ally, or when a nearby enemy Champion is immobilized, his next 2 basic attacks will deal bonus magic damage.

Lucian, a Sentinel of Light, is a grim hunter of wraiths and specters, pursuing them relentlessly and annihilating them with his twin relic pistols. After the specter Thresh slew his wife, Lucian embarked on the path of vengeance—but even with her return to life, his rage is undiminished. Merciless and single-minded, Lucian will stop at nothing to protect the living from the long-dead horrors of the Black Mist.
Lucian was released on August 21, 2013. Players could purchase them with Riot Points or Blue Essence as soon as it dropped in-game.
Lucian is primarily played in the Bottom lane and falls under the Marksman class. The champion's kit and playstyle make them most suited for it, where they can maximize their impact throughout the game.
Currently, there are 14 Lucian Skins available in the game. This includes all cosmetic variants released since their launch, the base skin is not included.
Lucian costs 675 Blue Essence or 585 Riot Points. You can purchase them from the in-game store using either currency. Blue Essence is earned through the battle pass and disenchanting champion shards, while Riot Points require real money to obtain.
